1. FINAL SALE POLICY
All items purchased from The Style Loop are final sale. As a pre-loved, consignment-based business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect sizing
Wear and tear consistent with the item’s description
2. EXCEPTIONS TO FINAL SALE
We may accept returns only in the following cases:
You received the wrong item
The item is proven to be inauthentic, verified by a recognised third-party authenticator (e.g. Real Authentication)
If your case qualifies:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Item must be returned within 7 days, in its original condition and packaging
Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund, including return shipping if applicable
3. RETURNS PROCESS
If you qualify for a return:

We will provide return instructions and address
You must return the item via a tracked and insured service
The refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected
