1. FINAL SALE POLICY

All items purchased from The Style Loop are final sale. As a pre-loved, consignment-based business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Wear and tear consistent with the item’s description

2. EXCEPTIONS TO FINAL SALE

We may accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is proven to be inauthentic, verified by a recognised third-party authenticator (e.g. Real Authentication)

If your case qualifies:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Item must be returned within 7 days, in its original condition and packaging

  • Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund, including return shipping if applicable

3. RETURNS PROCESS

If you qualify for a return:

  1. Email us at hello@thestyleloop.com.au with your order number and details

  2. We will provide return instructions and address

  3. You must return the item via a tracked and insured service

  4. The refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected
