A: Every item is thoroughly checked and verified using both expert inspection and AI-powered authentication tools. Only items that pass our strict multi-point inspection are listed for sale.

Q: Do you accept consignment?
A: Yes! If you'd like to sell your pre-loved designer pieces through us, email sell@thestyleloop.com.au for consignment details.

ORDERS

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at info@thestyleloop.com.au as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best, changes aren’t guaranteed once your order has been confirmed.

Q: I saw something I loved, but it’s gone — will it come back?
A: Each item is one-of-a-kind, so once it’s sold, it’s unlikely to be restocked. We recommend grabbing what you love before it disappears!

SHIPPING

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is $12.95 flat rate or free for orders over $300. Express options are available at checkout.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders ship in 1–2 business days. Delivery times are:

• Metro: 2–5 business days

• Regional: 3–7 business days
  Tracking will be sent to you once dispatched.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of pre-loved fashion, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Please review listings carefully. If your item is not as described or arrives damaged, email info@thestyleloop.com.au within 3 days of delivery so we can help.
